From the digestive system: NSAID-gastropathy (nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, heartburn, loss of appetite, diarrhea, flatulence, pain and discomfort in the epigastric region), ulceration of the mucous membrane of the digestive tract (in some cases complicated by perforation and hemorrhage); irritation, dryness of the oral mucosa or sore mouth ulceration of the mucous membrane of the gums, aphthous stomatitis, pancreatitis, constipation, hepatitis.
Respiratory system: dyspnea, bronchospasm.
From the senses: hearing loss, ringing or tinnitus, reversible toxic optic neuritis, blurred vision or diplopia, dryness and irritation of the eyes, swelling of the eyelids and conjunctiva (allergic origin), scotoma.
Central nervous system: headache, dizziness, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness and irritability, psychomotor agitation, drowsiness, depression, confusion, hallucinations, rare - aseptic meningitis (usually in patients with autoimmune diseases).
From the CCC: the development or worsening heart failure, tachycardia, increased blood pressure.
Urinary system: acute renal failure, allergic nephritis, nephrotic syndrome (edema), polyuria, cystitis.
Allergic reactions: skin rash (urticaria usually erythematous), itching, angioedema, anaphylactic reaction, anaphylactic shock, bronchospasm, fever, erythema multyformova exudative (including Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell Syndrome) eosinophilia, allergic rhinitis.
From the side of blood: anemia (including hemolytic, aplastic), thrombocytopenia and thrombocytopenic purpura, agranulocytosis, leukopenia.

The risk of gastrointestinal mucosal ulceration, bleeding (gastrointestinal, gingival, uterine, hemorrhoids), visual impairment (disturbance of color vision, scotoma, amblyopia) increases with prolonged use at high doses.
Symptoms: abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, lethargy, drowsiness, depression, headaches, tinnitus, metabolic acidosis, coma, acute renal failure, lower blood pressure, bradycardia, tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, respiratory arrest.
Treatment: gastric lavage (only one hour after administration), activated charcoal or white carbon, alkaline drink, forced diuresis, symptomatic therapy.
